Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... We were beginning to make so much progress on transforming our school culture, but this year is erasing that and then some. What big firms let you get to manager and above with an MBA and/or EA for tax?

Do i really need to be in the office? I’m in more of specialty group and considered to be a regional resource, only have a couple local engagements and likely won’t get more than that because there is not a lot of work for what i do around here. The leadership has been hinting at wanting everyone to be in the office at least a couple days. I’m okay going in when I’m working on local projects but when I’m not and all of my team is out of state what’s the point?
