Considering a ML Engineer role at KPMG, Bengaluru. Currently an ML Engineer 3+ yr exp at startup earning 19.2 fixed + 3 LPA retention bonus (which I would need to return if I exit before May'26) + 1.5 ESOPS.

21.5 fixed + 1 joining bonus + performance variable = ~24 LPA

What's a competitive package for this KPMG position?
