Curious to know what the pay structure is like at the top 4 banks right now, for associate, associate director and director levels, in corporate banking.

I saw some bigger numbers in another post (stating 135k base for associate director level) and don't know if that seems correct?

I worked as a technical PM for a medium-sized adtech company in NYC in charge of 2 technical teams, and the business intelligence team.

On Thursday I was informed by the lead Product Owner and the head of HR that leadership had decided that the project management office was no longer necessary for the company and all three of us, the director and the two technical PMs, were being let go. None of us were given any notice.

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid.
