PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

I prefer a hybrid model. Full remote can be so lonely at times. I firmly believe in person communication is invaluable in certain cases. Full remote requires setting boundaries so you don’t end up working long hours without rest.
I did really well with it, but hybrid is good for me
My position is fully remote. What I like about it is I can watch the snow from my window but I don’t have to go out in the cold, I have a lot of spare time and I don’t have to dress up everyday. However, it is lonely and most times I feel distant and disconnected from the organizational mission (which was one of the main reasons I joined). I wish it was hybrid (2days office and 3 from home)

I went from a really flexible hybrid work environment that seriously affected my mental well being to a fully in office work environment that is welcoming, appreciative and supportive of my role. I could not be happier. Even with the commute.
Fully remote for two years and love it.Would never want to work on-site again. I strongly encourage businesses to allow flexibility in this area. Every employees needs are different and being open to offering options will help your company’s morale long term.
