What do you think is a a fair pay for a renewals specialist?

Anyone else been looking for work for over a year? I've turned down two offers that were complete lowballs, but now I feel like an idiot and like I'm never going to find something. Worst part about being unemployed is the pity face everyone makes when you tell them. If I hear one more "don't worry you'll find something soon" I'm going to scream. Trying to be helpful is one thing but pitying me helps no one and makes me uncomfortable.
