Deloitte - 9.5 in notice period
Now current employer offer me 10 LPA to retain me but I still wanted to go Deloitte for better name, change and learning so I called my hiring HR..She is busy so didn't pick calls so after 2 days I called 2 times in a row and she picked up, talked in hurry, asked me when is joining and asked to send a mail. So did I.2 days no response...sent follow up mail, again 2 days went by, I sent a whatsapp and sent mail next day no response.
What to do now

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

Hi Fishes. I have requested the hr to revise my Offer letter since the ctc offered was well below what was discussed . Someone from the Talent Team did confirm they are discussing it . Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? Kindly help
