Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs . Should I be asking for more $? Thoughts on the offer and how much more $ I should be asking for ? Current location is kinda irrelevant since I will be working remotely.

Will it profitable to stay in LTi as I have completed 17 months here and currently at P2 grade (Senior Software Engineer) ?

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. Has anyone seen firing in Deloitte India? Is there any process or employees are fired directly like few companies?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
