Currently I'm in PwC India and I want to resign in my probation period although my probation will gonna end after 3days(23rd April), but I'm already holding an offer from an EY GDS. I just want to know if I'll put down my paper today (20th April), will my notice period count from the day I put the paper or from the day my manager will accept the resignation?? What's the process here guys?

Is it good to move from supply chain consulting to Big data Analytics field?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.
