Considering Leaving JP Morgan to join US bank is that a sounds move ? 9 years of software engineer experience - currently paid $135K plus bonus as Associate software engineer at JPMC- but I want a fully remote position that’s why considering making the move to US bank. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate.
