Dear All,

I have 13 years of experience and worked in multiple companies.
Does the FirstAdvantage check all the previous companies in the BGV? or only the recent 5years? Kindly help with your answers. Many Thanks

I think they check only last 5 years. In my case i didn’t even submit the documents related to other companies that are older than 5 years.

like

1. They check for last 5 years employment history.
2. They do checl cibil, not sure if the cut off. I suggest you check with HR and get clarity on it as I dont think its a deal breaker.
3. They check criminal background check.
4. Someone will visit your residence address to verify you actually stay there.
5. They will check UAN history to match with resume and identify any history of absconding with any previous employer.

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

which would you choose here

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?

Hi there - my company is returning to office next month. Hybrid to begin before they ramp up to 5 days back in office by end of year.

I think the fact they want to bring us back 5 days is disrespectful considering how much work we’ve put in remotely over the last year. Not to mention productivity studies say people who WFH (and have no kids) are substantially more productive.

All that being said, does anyone work at a FinTech/Tech company whose RTTO policy is more flexible? Looking to leave
