I'm a long time prosecutor getting into the ID game and billable hours. Are there any resources out there that can help me get more effective/efficient without spending months/years learning the hard way? Some days I'm at the office 10 hours, took virtually no breaks and yet only bill 7. 🤬

I feared for my job in April in May when I billed around ~80 hours each month. Now that all dormant deals are back on I'm completely underwater, pulled 3 all-nighters this week and I've been working all afternoon. And I'm inexplicably angry at my firm for burying me with work???? I should be thankful. We are an ungrateful bunch.

Best sites/apps/sources to search for jobs?
Started at a new firm in a new area of law a few months ago. Thoughts on asking for a one on one with my senior associate to check in on how I’m meeting expectations thus far? Would this make me seem insecure? I’m afraid I’m not “up to par” - I teeter back and forth between ‘it’s a new type of law and firm environment, you’re learning, it’s okay’ to ‘80% of what I do comes back with substantial redlines and that means I’m failing’. 5th yr btw. TIA.
I was asked to make a 30 60 90 for a sale. I feel like it's kind of basic and find my 60 and 90 slides are sparse. Anyone able to offer suggestions? Really appreciate it!!

Here’s my conundrum, I have a great relationship with my boss, company, and upper management. I’m planning to switch jobs so I can relocate closer to family. I have some interviews coming up, and already have an offer in hand, so leaving is a foregone conclusion. My boss is going to be blindsided when I tell them I’m leaving - I can’t overstate how great our relationship is. Thoughts?

Just got an offer as a remote Edtech Sales consultant! Need help evaluating it before I sign!
Base is 80K + 8% commission, minimum commission equaling 25K for this year (since we’re halfway thru). If I meet my OTE, my commission goes up to 13% uncapped. Unlimited PTO within reason, Full benefits package but No 401k matching or equity in the company. More senior salespersons there have 95k base and 50k average commission. Thoughts? Questions I should ask or areas to negotiate? TIA!
