Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.

Hi, I have come up with a critical query. I was supposed to join Accenture on 1st October but on the onboarding day I got to know my background check is still pending and upon multiple follow ups with recruiter she told me my background check is clear in the back end but it's not getting updated correctly in the portal hence my onboarding is delayed Can any manager or leadership person guide me how to proceed or fasten the process. I am clueless and paranoid right now...!!

If the TSC HR generates offer letter for me , I accept the offer & later in the joining date decide to not join TCS, will I be blacklisted from joining the company again like an ex-TCSr is blocked from joining TCS>?

Glad to see that job switches are at peak and also with very competitive pay packages. But i see this trend only from 3 till 12 YOE and upto 30L. Just wanted to check on how is the market doing for professionals with 15-20 YOE especially in SAP technology? How many here were succesful in getting the interview calls and got the new job offers?
