We have at least 5 freelance Creative working right now. So not sure which freelance gig you’re referring to, but yes. We’ve brought people in recently and have plenty of work to do. But saving books for later when you get an influx is also smart. It’s silly to post looking for freelance if you actually aren’t.

Also we don’t have any “SVP Management Directors” so ignore whoever that is.

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.
