Disappointing Experience After Final Round in Infosys.
Review: Cleared all rounds, only to be rejected during salary discussion due to “no PF record” — despite being part of Wipro’s Learning Program, where PF wasn’t included in the salary structure as per service agreement (a well-known industry norm as a part of MTECH program). Infosys ignored this context, while peers with the same background were hired. Wasted time, zero accountability, and no transparency.

What are some signs of burn out? This is my first professional job and i’m not sure what the signs are.

Why is Accenture Talent Team lethargic?
1 - applied for a job and got an interview with a totally different JD
2 - called up scheduling team and was told that interview would be rescheduled
3 - no emails from anyone. called scheduling team and got word that candidature will not be affected. again no email
4 - dropped multiple emails to POC and Talent team - no response
5 - status stuck in portal as “review” and unable to apply for any other Job ID

Anyone know if deloitte allows part time CPT? My full time CPT ends in May and been emailing immigration but no response.

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?
