Do agencies keep employee records more than 10 years back? For example if you worked at OMD or WPP 11 years ago, would they be able to verify that you were there as a junior employee? Curious if they hold onto these things, especially in the midst of so much consolidation over the years

I’m looking to leave my firm and expect to have some interviews coming up. How should I handle with my current firm as far as notifying that I will be taking a morning or afternoon off? We are fully in-office and I don’t know how many doctor’s appointments are reasonable.
