I’m looking to leave my firm and expect to have some interviews coming up. How should I handle with my current firm as far as notifying that I will be taking a morning or afternoon off? We are fully in-office and I don’t know how many doctor’s appointments are reasonable.

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Constantly thinking I’m trash, in a bad person, etc. Feeling guilty for things idek if I should feel guilty about. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision.
