Just block off your calendar as busy.
I would block off your calendar and notify others only as necessary re: your appointments.
You could also ask about the length of the process upfront. In doing so, you could express your excitement for the position but indicate that you have a full workload (impending case deadlines, etc.) to see if it might be possible to expedite the process. I recently did this and my interviewers were grouped together as opposed to having more individual rounds. It depends on the circumstances, but I would feel it out and see if that might be possible.
Also, I know it is tough, but if you know that you are planning on leaving- try not to burn bridges but make sure you prioritize the process. Don’t lose out on a position if the timeline can be mitigated.
There is likely no one at your firm (unless they are new to the workforce) who has not had to handle an interview process while keeping up with their current position. It’s awkward and people might be curious, but it’s your information and your time so do what’s best for you.

I had this happen and my interview was scheduled with extremely short notice so on the day of I just shot the people I was working with a message that said “Hey I’m in the middle of dealing with a personal thing and I have to step out for a bit but I should be back in a couple hours.”
I’m at a small firm so some form of notice will be necessary.
You have an appointment. Specifics aren’t necessary in my opinion. Just let them know how you’ll be handling time sensitive projects during that absence.
