I am currently working as Branch Manager (scale-2 officer) in one of the leading public sector banks and have 5 yr experience in core banking. I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). I have knowledge of core banking as well as good knowledge of banking tools like finacle, caps, imac etc. I want to switch to private financial institutions.
Any suggestions about such institutions and the domain for I can apply

Hey everyone! I’m struggling to decide whether I should pursue a full time MBA or a Part Time MBA. Truly, what scares me about a full time one is the fact that I won’t work for two years. Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management). Is it the smart move to take a pay cut and clerk for a judge?

Little context: I was an ED student, full time paralegal/clerk throughout my law school experience, and a single mother. I did not take advantage of the law school extracurriculars and missed out on clerk application deadlines my final year (2020). Would it benefit me to take a pay cut as a transactional clerk by about $20k to work as a clerk for a year then re-enter firm life? I’m transactional and enjoy that line of work.
