Yes, massages. Sometimes I let them use the lavender oil or sometimes the CBD oil. My body aches so bad but the massages and oil help calm my nerves a lot!

Taking a cold shower helps to “shock” me out of the stress. Usually feel a lot better after. I’ve been reading about magnesium glycinate and wondering if anyone else takes it?

Yes I find magnesium helps! I do cold water swimming to help also!
Lately I just rely on getting enough sleep and getting some exercise. I've gotten into the habit of walking nearly every day and that seems to help a lot. If I'm feeling tense at the end of the day I find that taking a walk for about 45 minutes helps me to calm down.
