Do Deloitte takes much time for interviews?

1st round happened on 4 nov
2nd round happened on 1 dec

After 2nd round waiting for feedback. Interviewer told me that he is very much impressed, but HR telling me she doesn't have my feedback yet.

Is this delay normal for Deloitte interview process?

When someone is in probation period (also bond), is it advisable to discuss with HR first, or to apply directly to portal?
Also suggest some good plots to get release soon.

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups. It is an important trait to have in this job and I just don't know how to do this. It makes me very upset - I even sought therapy but wasn't useful. I can't spend 14 hours each day feeling like this:(

Thinking about switching in house jobs from one bank to another. Current job is great for work life balance but no promotion prospects and pay is below market. New job offers a better title and better pay but work life balance is a bit of an unknown. My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related.
