Do they put moderate sped students in your CTE courses? If so, how do you handle students that need so much help and assistance? I’m struggling with several that need constant redirection and attention. It is making teaching my classes difficult and causing a lot of additional stress. They want a para to help out in a class with several, but it is still doesn’t work with the facilitator style I use to teach. I want to be supportive and meet federal inclusion rules, but I feel useless.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

What holiday party did you get?
Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.
