Hi everyone, I work at an early stage start up that just closed our round A. I just hired a director below me, however when it was time to come up with an offer I was removed from the conversation. The CO-founders said they’d handle the actual offer amount/equity. I joined early so salary is low but I have decent equity. You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…

I have a unique challenge right now in my class. I teach hand drafting in my class and the sanitizer and sprays they are using is making the tape not stick, has anyone to run into this and does anyone have any suggestions? We have found if we wipe the table down with multiple kinds of cleaner in soap and let it dry well that it will stick better but this is a huge time consumer as we transition between classes.
