Do you feel that looks matter in being able to get a job? I don't know if this is my lack of self-confidence talking, but I've been feeling like the reason I can't land a job is that I don't feel as youthful and I guess good-looking as I did a decade ago. What's your take?

Pros and cons of taking a class year cut? Partner sees my potential and that there’s an actual evolution but I’m not there yet in terms of experience compared to my peers so he told me to at least consider a class year cut.
