What is the probation period in CGI?

I have an offer from PWC AC Bangalore. How is the work culture and is this a good organisation to join. Package provided is very good.

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

Tech Mahindra or Wipro which one has better WLB? Same CTC. Joining bonus is additional for wipro. Role is Project Manager and YOE is 10.5.

Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.

Currently have lost my yearly salary worth and it's affecting all aspects of my life (job, marriage, health).
