Do you require any in-person interviews during your hiring rounds? I stick to virtual now- it's just so much easier for everyone involved ( and since I'm hiring for remote roles it doesn't really make a difference) but I could see how some might want an in person meet. I wonder how people interviewed in-person all the time pre-covid.
