Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

Went through a lot of what-ifs and regrets after the layoff. It comes down a lot to money, and not that you needed to work more or have better skills. Sometimes it’s just an unlucky draw of a stick. It got easier for me after some time, and I started to focus on other things.
I do my best not to take it personally. It's happened to me twice in four years now, and while I grappled with those same doubts myself, I also knew that I was good enough at both jobs and the layoffs had more to do with the state of the companies' finances than my abilities.
Sometimes it is just business. I don't know your situation but I have seen people let go that have worked and trained every position in the place and had been there the longest. Usually that means they are making the most and the company can't afford to keep paying them at the higher rate. I'm all for raises, but sometimes it ends up pushing us out the door. The economy and how well the company is doing determines some of that as well.
I have never seen it that way. When I got laid off the last time, I was one of the newest people there. Sometimes it really is just about cutting costs.
Same. I got the layoff notice 6 months into my new job. It wasn’t personal, just business. Last one in, first one out
It’s often about factors beyond your control, like company direction or budget cuts. I’ve struggled with the lack of explanation too, and it’s tough to find closure. For me, focusing on what I can control now helps, like updating skills and leaning on support from friends and family.
Don’t take it personally. We all work for ourselves at the end of the day. Just make sure your skills are in demand in the market. If they are not, you have some training to do.
