I think it's time for an update. Marijuana isn't nearly as stigmatized as it once was. As long as a candidate has the necessary skills and experience, who cares?

That's a complicated question. For some jobs, especially those that involve operating equipment, I can't see it being removed. For a lot of jobs it probably doesn't matter, but there are arguments that it sets a bad example, it diminishes the workforce, and so on.

Its time to update things. There are so many states where it is legal and what you do in your free time is not your business. Besides it may become legal federally depending on who wins this election so its time we update the drug tests to not include THC.

Most Managers here at FEMA do coke which I'm totally against. They make irrational decisions and are hyper and talkative. They could definitely use a blunt to calm down. I can't wait to find another job far from FEMA.
