Our managing partner says that we should, but all of the writing guides for litigators that I've read repeats the mantra "show, don't tell" and explain that most judges dread such words.

The gaps are quite amazing. I was shocked by the comments I read from an Illinois teacher. Their words sounded so pig headed. All triggered by the word “conservative”.

Now that we are getting “back to school”, what is one positive detail you have noticed about online/remote learning?
