How do you tell partners you're leaving without burning bridges? My coach tends to give you a bit of grief anytime when you're wanting to go in a different direction other than audit. I'm sure I'll get pushback from the other partners I work with. Leaving for a better work life balance. Audit schedule is challenging to manage with little kids. Do I have body dysmorphia? I (27M) semi-frequently get compliments from friends/strangers on my looks but I’d rate myself a 7 at best when I look at my appearance in the mirror. This doesn’t bother me and I don’t stress over it. I do get attention from women when I’m out so I logically know I’m attractive enough - I just don’t see it myself. HOWEVER, when I am drunk enough I look in the mirror and see someone who looks like me but with slimmer/more attractive features. It’s very puzzling….

At the company I work at we boost every Instagram and Facebook post that we make. My budget per month was $4000 for Q2. So our impressions look amazing. For Q3 they cut my budget to $2000. Impressions for august are already down 90% compared to other months. Without being able to get more in my budget (that is not an option) how can I get my impressions up each month? So far I’ve been through 1 IVF cycle. I have one embryo that is frozen waiting for transfer. My doctor is wanting me to do another round of IVF to back eggs for baby number two down the road. Has anyone been through this? I know of two people around my age that got pregnant naturally with their second baby after IVF. Does anyone know about banking embryos for future use instead of transferring? My insurance doesn’t cover anything so all this of out of pocket.

I am so sad and will seek therapy. Have one son via ivf and was overly optimistic . My next ivf cycle was awful, despite good amh/fsh, with a huge drop off with day 5 embryos and abnormal results. I’m going to cycle again and possibly another time but I can’t stop feeling so pessimistic and I don’t know if I can deal with the waiting game again.

How is everyone staying motivated at work while going through fertility treatments? On days when I have appts or get my period, all I want to do is google and read forums about it. My utilization is tanking (not because I’m blowing off work, but because I need to find and take on new work) but can’t get the energy to). I’ve told my manager about what I’m going through and she is supportive, but feeling guilty when I hear about how busy everyone around me is and I just can’t find the motivation.

Went for my first appointment after the egg retrieval and the doctor found a few cysts. So we postponed it to the next cycle. I didn't realise I would have to wait for another. He had given a birth control option but I just thought it would be better to wait for the natural cycle.

Can anyone educate me on these cysts? I dont find many articles about cysts after egg retrieval
