I think I would describe it more as reliant. I'm really not addicted to it, but I rely on it for EVERYTHING. I couldn't even get from point A to point B without my maps app lol

I would absolutely say I do. I really would like to reduce my screen time this year. My husband has a no-tech at the table for my family, he says its for my boys but I swear it's half for me haha

Yes and no. Part of it is due to work apps going off at any given point so it just increases my screen time and when I’m done I tend to wander to other apps
Being plugged in is practically part of the job description so I don't really have much of a choice. I do try to stay away from my tech whenever I can at home. That's what my book obsession is for.
