Anyone know how to deal with sleep problems? I find myself waking up in the middle of the night and staying up for a few hours because I can’t sleep. When I do eventually sleep I get like an hour or 2 before work which leaves me tired and grumpy.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.

My current experience is 7.2 yoe.. joined accenture, feb 2021. My current fixed is 14.7LPA.. level is 10.. is my pay per current Accenture Standards.. im waiting for my promotion since 6mnths.. however, my manager is managing to push it as much as possible with Lame excuses..

Gives unrealistic deadlines, has no time for discussion and next day he is up with his nagging behaviour

Doesnt even know how to talk in a certain professional manner, fed up with his nagging behaviour.

And yeah forgets everything! Need to remind him each and everytime about the tasks and boom, then he comes up with his negative demotivating statements!
