Does anyone else get weirdly emotional talking about pay? I always think it’s smart to compare with a couple of trusted people to make sure I’m in the right range. But somehow, after chatting casually with folks outside work, I either walk away thinking ‘Whoa, I need to step up my game!’ or ‘Wait… that’s it?’ 😂 It’s like a little rollercoaster of envy and surprise every time!
