PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

Any ideas how EY comp compares to Deloitte?
What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

IT strategy in Deloitte is a good team. Keep in mind you won’t just be working on IT strategy projects and will find yourself likely doing a mixture of IT programme roles such as Agile PMO, IT Sourcing, maybe some IT M&A.
Yea that’s what the interviewer explained. Could you elaborate on IT sourcing? Also could you say more to it being a ‘good’ team? is there a solid culture there?
I ask as I’ve experienced some rather negative work environments at other B4 that I would like to avoid
Assuming you mean Cap Invent
Personally, IT strat at Capgemini invent as they are leaders in digital transformation and this line of work is the preface to this. It will also add a lot of nice lines to future CV such as did an IT strat at X that lead to implementation work valued at £Y millions.
Capgemini Group are about 300K employees strong who do significant back end IT so expertise is greater (and market leading) there and more resources to help and see the fruits of your labour.
If you're into creating thought leadership or creating new teams/ expertise, I would also choose invent over D as the Cap research institute has been #1 for the last 5 years. Due to size, you have the freedom to create what you want (if it adds value) and can easily find senior sponsorship
Should be noted that cap's strategies are actually used by clients and there haven't been many (if any) instances of another consultancy used to redo what others have failed (the same certainly isn't true for Acc and D)
Move on to greener pastures? Exit opps is also a factor of mine when making this decision

Deloitte for sure, the work and exposure level is very different
Having spent time at Deloitte and Capgemini, I firmly believe the quality of work, the tier of clients, brand, global collaboration is way better than CG.
