With your skill set u have several options, you may work under an Architect ; work on your own as a ‘building designer’ for residential projects in some jurisdictions as long as you don’t call yourself an Architect. You can get in legal trouble in most states without credentials or a license. You may also get an MArch, and get the credentials to pursue licensing….or just build your real estate portfolio and hire your own architect to work for u as an employer.
