What’s your role, comp, and YOE? I have historically found this to be highly variable. I’m a proposal manager with 5 YOE, and 115 base. Went for the Shipley cert and that seemed to get quite a bit additional attention from recruiters.

What has been your experience for the typical role progression after proposal manager? Would a PMP become useful?
