What has been your experience for the typical role progression after proposal manager? Would a PMP become useful?

I like my firm well enough, and the partners I work with like me a lot, but I’ve learned that Biglaw is not the life for me and want to get out ASAP. I’m applying to a Fed agency that I’m really excited about, but the application requires a reference from your current supervisor. I haven’t told the firm I’m thinking about leaving. I am looking for a new job at the end of a long career. I have excellent experience in IP and Supply Chain Management. I've been fortunate to be in a high-paying position in the Los Angeles area and I rarely see comparable positions posted. The comparable positions at my company are filled by one of the big executive search firms. Any recommendations for finding the rare executive-level legal positions or for landing on the radar of the big executive search firms would be much appreciated!

Up antidepressant dosage or quit?
Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it. Actively looking for a different position as I’ve come to discover this company exploits EME employees, but want to attempt to end on a “high note”.

I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.
