I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. Do you guys list things you did on your resume, or just titles & agencies? Been at this for 8 years and feel like each job, while different, had me do the same stuff we all know. Feels redundant?

If you were offered a job at a great agency but working on just one brand, but it was a big one like Nike or McDonalds, would you do it? Being siloed sucks, but maybe worth it for a big account?

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help?
