It will be helpful to get more specific about the business areas and analytics use cases you have an interest in developing experience in as well as the competitiveness for those roles. Your options are going to range from working somewhere with more dated technologies and practices to places where you need to be at the proficiency of managing the company's entire data ecosystem. Getting some conversations going with people in some of these roles or even individual contributor roles on these teams would probably be most valuable to gaging how to prioritize learning what you will need to know. As someone that has worked as an IC on a number of teams, being able to identify and implement processes that increases the speed and impact makes for the business is a good north star. Improve how the team works with stakeholder groups, how the team works together, how the team expands their skills, and bringing on the best tools. Being able to train others on technical best practices comes next but you will likely need to learn some tools which a certification course could help with. Best of luck!
If you want to start in an analyst role, you'll need to have high proficiency in sql, bi tool (looker, power bi, tableau, etc), maybe excel, likely python pandas, be able to perform common analyses techniques, know how to work in a database environment, possibly git, possibly dbt.
