Does anyone have knowledge about the Graduate Program at CBA? From what I understand, it involves 2–3 rotations before transitioning into a full time role. What will be the role afterwards- Associate Software Engineer or Software Engineer?
And what's the typical salary or salary hike after promotion and whether all are converted to full-time roles at the end of the rotations??
