However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? I’m currently working on employee data set and business wants to figure out the employee shift type based on number of working hour and days worked and categorize into 8*5 (8 hours 5 days) or (10 hours 4 days) a week. But the real challenge is employee hours are varying because of their overtime work and other reasons so it ranges from 0-20 and also employee can start his shift any day in a week.

So any ideas or suggestions on solving this to find shif type accurately?
