Does anyone know of any free to-do list/tracker apps that do not use or share the information and content you put in there? I am trying to find a new way to keep track of all my deadlines but I want to be careful about attorney-client privilege/confidentiality.

Literally all of them. Google, Notion, Evernote. None of them touch your notes.

Monday.com has a free version that I find really helpful.

Why not just use outlook? I flag my emails with a deadline and use the “to-do list” feature on the calendar view of outlook. Then, all of my emails are listed by “due date” and I can mark each email as “complete” which I finish the relevant task.

The devs need to make money some how, they will sell your info. option is PC Law's app Time Matters or using another app called neos or another app called file vine. I work in IT amd have numerous Clients that are attorneys and use one of those apps
