I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). Going to India from DCA (flights were cheaper) but I live in Houston. Flight from DCA is at 10 pm. Should I book my flight from Houston to DC the same day or one day earlier? Given the flight cancela.

[I140 app. for Green card transfer] I have an approved i140 application at my previous employer. I have been at Google for 1.5 years and haven't started the GC transfer process here yet.
