I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Yoe 8 .
N other offer is from Annalect - omni media group 27 lpa
I am getting more money bt i am not sure about the Annalect. Atos is not willing to Match the offer.
