Which one should I choose?

Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position in the logistics department. Role is for Amazon UK. Recruiter is asking me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?
Any tips are appreciated!

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

looking for advice for my partner who is a data scientist at an ad agency in NYC. He had been working 70+ hours a week on a project that fell apart while he was on vacation due to it being passed to a junior person who didn’t understand it, and he got blamed. Afterward he said he was burnt out to his manager and then was fired a week or so later, even though the project recovered. Is there grounds here for wrongful termination? How does he argue for more severance?

I got an offer ( after 6 months of joining here in Infosys) and informed my lead the same.He spoke with my manager and my manager has agreed to retain me but needs his manager approval.
Now I have waited for a week without resigning to see if I can get any written official communication of the same.

But all of a sudden, my manager is asking me why are you this doing now? You have just now joined after speaking with his manager.
Why is this sudden change in his behaviour?
