Unfortunately, Many are getting impacted by today's layoffs across the organisations and it is super hard to cope up mentally and financially. I came across few openings related to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) consultants, experience ranging 4-12 Yrs. Please reach out to Teja Chandrashekar (teja@vdigitise.com), Phone: 7672030466. Hope this can help some of you to get back onto the feet. Kindly like, comment or share for better reach. Thanks much!! #experience #share #help #consultants

On the bench and terrified.
Literally waiting for the hammer to drop and tryna decide if I spend my time searching for a new industry / value proposition / new firm, or scramble to try and find work within existing dry pipeline
Would definitely welcome some thoughts from Ps.
I can’t even imagine being on bench right now. If there’s anything I can do to help please let me know. Not sure I can, but if possible, I will

Yup. The cost is catastrophic. Not just $. But jobs. Livelihoods. Health. Second order disease misery and death.

It’s less about currently being on the bench - but rather having skills that will be in demand as we move forward. This isn’t musical chairs.

Yes. Lots of uncertainty. Last resort means they’ll try everything else first ... if you think about what the firms have done so far, what else is left?

I am not trying to talk smack about the firm in any way. They are doing their best and I’m actually impressed with their efforts and initiatives so far. But I do want to be realistic. Nobody really knows what is happening and how long this lasts.
After watching people let go during the financial crisis, yes I’m still uncertain depending on how long this lasts. I know my practices pipeline is not looking great

Yes I just saw this 60 minutes too. Scary and sad. I’m staffed right now and feel blessed. However I’m still worried. This is a very uncertain time.
I figure our firm won’t really know for about six months. It depends on whether our clients stay in business and/or can pay their bills. If not, that’s when layoffs will start coming.
