I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?

We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. Anyone know of companies looking to hire an Event Director? I feel like events jobs have been disappearing recently. Preferably remote.

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

I am what I like to call an early career marketing profession. My experience is limited (some internships, temp jobs). I’m applying for full time marketing jobs. Any advice?
