As a junior employee, i would not recommend that. Learn how to do the job first as good as you can so you can figure out how you want to make it different or more aligned to your creative vision. If you’re too green, you’ll likely not be able to fill the shoes they want you to in a way they want
Cautionary tale from myself.
Listen to ACD 1. The company that is offering you that opportunity clearly does not know what is involved with creative and are looking for a cheap solution by hiring someone inexperienced. Companies like that often believe creative is just a few words and pushing pixels around. Though it may appear flattering for someone at your level, I would highly guard against accepting it. It’s a recipe for failure.

Both. I’m just leaving that situation. Company secured it’s Series B and suddenly the in-house team wasn’t up to snuff for them.
Doing the same right now for a development company that’s never had an in-house team. Be prepared to do a lot of value education and for it to take twice as long as you think to build a team.
