The role I applied for is no longer accepting applications but the same role was reposted. Would you suggest reapplying? Is this something that happens often?

I love my wife being a stay at home wife even without kids. She seems so much less stressed, does things she enjoys (like cleaning, laundry ((yes I don’t know why she likes this stuff), yoga etc). I financially support her and I feel more like a man.
