I am filling the onboarding form for my next company IBM where they have asked 2 questions:
1)Were you earlier a member of Employee's provident fund scheme, 1952?
2) Were you earlier a member of Employee's pension scheme, 1995?
All I know is PF and EPS amounts were deducted from my salary in my previous company but how to know if I am a member of these two mentioned schemes?

I want to join the Morgan Stanley, so could you please help me know how the process of resignation works for an employee who has just completed 1 week at Deloitte. Will i face any challenges and would I be asked to serve entire 60 days notice?

I made the mistake of valuing brand over work. Focus on quality of work in your early career rather than the brand. You will eventually get hired into good brands because of the knowledge you have gained working in a startup/mid sized company.
Depends with brand what are you comparing. Good work beats everything and has the highest position.

Yes .. Will you trust a person who is working at Google vs who works in say Cognizant / Wipro ?
Brand name matters and in some companies like Accenture consulting/ Wells Fargo etc, the hike offered to you depends on the company you come from.
Say someone from Infosys or tcs will be offered only 20-30% hike while those from tier 1 companies 50-60% hike
I have offers from Deloitte (India) and ITC Infotech (Client = Lennox India) . Which one should i choose? pls suggest

No. Afterall, 90% weightage is given to your skills and interview performance while applying for jobs. And, ofcourse if you are really doing great things in a brand company then only it is justified. Even if the company is highly popular, no point working there if it is a legacy technology stack.
