I moved from India to the US. I have still assets in India to invest. But given my location I’m not able to stay up-to-date on India macro and market conditions

Can anyone recommend a good investment advisory firm that simply advises on which stocks to buy when (by considering macro factors in addition to company fundamentals and current valuation)? I’m happy to pay a fixed fee for advice but not looking for asset management, especially wealth managers from banks and similar.

Guys I received a revised offer letter from XYZ MNC, in this offer letter they have mentioned "Agreeing to terms and conditions in the workforce of iTap is as good as signing of physical contract form on mutual agreement between you and company. It has legal binding as per law if mutual trust is breached."

Don't you think that this latest trend of diversity and all where corporates are trying to paint themselves as inclusive by hiring people from different diversities just for the sake of it is leading to a lot of identity politics where deserving people are snatched off of some opportunities just because they don't fit in to that criteria of diversity. I don't have any problems working with a diverse team but I do have a problem with meritorious people being denied an opportunity because of this
