Does everyone on the bowl concur with the concept of pushing a major part of the budget towards influencers/influencer marketing? I surely do, but these numbers (500 million?) sound a little wild! Where is everyone else with this? Especially with AI supposedly being able to replace influencers?

I personally don’t think ai is going to replace influencers. If anything, I think it’ll make them even more relevant. Just my two cents.

The numbers aren’t shocking to me. The money that passes between the social media influencers and brands is unreal. The only issues that will arise is how fickle fame can be for a lot of them. But for the marketing side, they’ll just move on to the next. Also do not see AI taking away from it anytime soon, may be put to work behind the scenes but highly doubt it’ll take over.

Does anyone find an attack on the Examiner’s prima facia showing of obviousness a lot more effective than distinguishing each and every prior art reference.

I recently underwrote a reply to final. Didn’t even bother with the references since I just got the case. Overcame the rejections.
